Daily Wear:

Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Storage:

Store jewelry in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep pieces separated to prevent scratching or tangling.

Cleaning:

Gently wipe each piece with a soft, dry cloth after wear to remove oils and residue. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh cleaners.

Pearl Care:

Pearls are delicate by nature. Avoid moisture and cosmetics, and always put pearls on last and remove them first.

Gold & Metal Care:

Handle gold and metal pieces gently to maintain their finish. Natural wear over time is normal and part of the jewelry’s character.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that earrings, personalized items, one-of-a-kind designs, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Shipping

Orders are processed and produced within 3–5 business days. As a small business, all items are carefully handcrafted before shipping.

Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail by default. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier conditions.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.

We recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout for added protection. QUACKAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been scanned and accepted by the carrier, unless insured shipping has been purchased.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
